By creating an account or booking a delivery with BC One, powered by Bike Courier ("BC One", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BC One connects customers who need to send parcels or order artificial flowers with independent riders who fulfil those deliveries. We facilitate booking, fare calculation, payment, and live tracking, but do not guarantee delivery times, which can vary with traffic, weather, and rider availability.
Fares shown before you confirm a booking are estimates based on the pickup/drop locations, vehicle type, and delivery mode you select. The final fare may adjust slightly based on the actual route travelled.
You may pay online (via our payment partner) or by cash on delivery, where available. Online payments are processed securely — we never store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
You may cancel an order before it is picked up. Orders already picked up, or where a rider has travelled a significant distance to reach you, may not be eligible for a full refund.
You agree not to book a delivery for illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, narcotics, and flammable materials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate this.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop addresses and sender/receiver contact details. Incorrect details may cause delivery delays or failures that are outside our control.
While we take reasonable care to ensure safe and timely delivery, BC One's liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to the value of the delivery fee paid for the affected order, except where required otherwise by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
