On the customer side, BC ONE handles booking, fare calculation, payment, and live tracking for parcel and flower deliveries. On the driver side, it handles order allocation, identity/document verification, earnings, and real-time delivery alerts for independent driver partners.
Two dedicated apps — one for each side of the platform — are built and operated by Bike Courier Service Private Limited.
